Where We Ship

Wicknook ships to the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union (France, Germany, and Poland), Canada, and Australia.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

  • United States: $3.99, free on orders over $40.00, estimated delivery 5–8 business days.
  • United Kingdom: £2.95, free on orders over £33.00, estimated delivery 5–8 business days.
  • European Union (France, Germany, Poland): €2.99, free on orders over €38.00, estimated delivery 5–8 business days.
  • Canada: $3.99 CAD, free on orders over $53.00 CAD, estimated delivery 5–8 business days.
  • Australia: $6.99 AUD, free on orders over $60.00 AUD, estimated delivery 8–12 business days.

Delivery times are estimates counted from the date your order ships, not the date it's placed, and begin once your order has been processed and handed to our shipping partner. They do not include potential delays caused by customs clearance, local carrier disruptions, weather, or other events outside our control.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 48 hours before being handed off for shipment. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or related fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost or product price at checkout, unless otherwise stated. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you're unsure what to expect.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. If you haven't received tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, contact us at contat@wicknook.com.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your package appears lost, contact us at contat@wicknook.com with your order number and we'll look into it with our shipping partner on your behalf.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, though we'll do our best to help redirect a shipment if you catch the error quickly after placing your order.
