Production and delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, and to limit quantities of any products we offer. All descriptions of products or pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
4. Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness of Information
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete, or more timely sources of information. 5. Pricing, Currency and Taxes
Prices for our products are displayed in the currency of your selected market (USD, GBP, EUR, CAD, or AUD) and are subject to change without notice.
For customers in the United Kingdom and the European Union, displayed prices include applicable VAT. For all markets, any applicable customs duties and import taxes are included in the total shown at checkout, as set out in Section 6.

6. Shipping, Delivery, Duties and Import Taxes
Shipping charges depend on your delivery market and on your order subtotal. Our current rates are:
- United States: $4.95, free on orders over $50
- United Kingdom: £3.95, free on orders over £40
- European Union (France, Germany, Poland): €3.95, free on orders over €45
- Canada: CA$6.95, free on orders over CA$70
- Australia: AU$7.95, free on orders over AU$70
Free shipping thresholds are calculated on the order subtotal after any discount and before taxes. Current rates, delivery estimates, and full shipping conditions are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
All customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are included in the total you pay at checkout. You will not be asked to pay additional import charges on delivery. If a carrier requests such a payment, contact us at contact@wicknook.com and we will resolve it with our shipping partner.
Delivery windows shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Wicknook is not liable for delays caused by customs processing, carrier disruption, or other events outside our reasonable control.
7. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, and to promptly update your account and other information so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
8. Third-Party Tools and Services
We may provide you with access to third-party tools, including Shopify's checkout, payment processing, and shipping infrastructure, over which we neither monitor nor have any control or input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, and we have no liability arising from your use of optional third-party tools.

If you submit product reviews, comments, photographs, or other content to us or through the site, whether at our request or on your own initiative, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, adapt and publish that content in any format and in any medium, including for marketing purposes.

This does not deprive consumers residing in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Australia or Canada of the protections afforded to them by mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence, which continue to apply as described in our Return and Refund Policy.
