Wicknook ships to the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union (France, Germany, and Poland), Canada, and Australia.

If your country is not listed, we are not able to deliver there yet.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

United States
$4.95, free on orders over $50. Estimated delivery 6 to 10 business days.

United Kingdom
£3.95, free on orders over £40. Estimated delivery 5 to 8 business days.

European Union (France, Germany, Poland)
€3.95, free on orders over €45. Estimated delivery 6 to 10 business days.

Canada
CA$6.95, free on orders over CA$70. Estimated delivery 6 to 10 business days.

Australia
AU$7.95, free on orders over AU$70. Estimated delivery 8 to 12 business days.

Free shipping is calculated on your order subtotal after any discount and before taxes. Delivery estimates are counted from the day your order ships, not the day you place it, and do not include delays caused by carrier disruption, weather, or other events outside our control.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

All customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are already included in what you pay at checkout. There is nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives, wherever you are.

If a carrier ever asks you for an additional payment on delivery, do not pay it. Email us at contact@wicknook.com with your order number and we will sort it out with our shipping partner directly.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2 to 48 hours, then handed to our shipping partner. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Order Tracking

Your tracking link arrives by email once your order ships. If you have not received it within 48 hours of ordering, email contact@wicknook.com and we will send it to you.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Parcels

If your tracking has not moved for several days, or your parcel looks lost, email contact@wicknook.com with your order number. We will chase it with our shipping partner on your behalf and keep you posted until it is resolved.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please check your address carefully at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for a parcel sent to an address entered incorrectly. That said, if you spot a mistake, email us within 24 hours of ordering and we will do everything we can to correct it before the parcel leaves.
